Pillows Maurits at the Park

Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Maurits at the Park opened in November 2022 and is our first 5-star hotel. The hotel is located in the green Oosterpark in Amsterdam East. The hotel has already won several awards and achieved a #1 ranking on TripAdvisor within a year and 3 months of opening, leaving behind more than 400 other hotels in the Dutch capital.

The ambitions for this hotel are high! Therefore, we are looking for talented colleagues who only want to be among the very best, including Restaurant Hosts.

What are you going to do?

-Taking and processing individual reservations for hotels and restaurants

-You fulfil the wishes of the guest and exceed their expectations

-You have contact with both leisure and business guests

As a reservations employee, you do more than just take a reservation. This is the first moment of the guest's experience, where you subtly question the guest's wishes and preferences, while hospitably selling appropriate upsells.

You make sure that the requested wishes are fulfilled, but also proactively arrange things whereby you surprise guests and exceed their expectations. For this you have contact with different departments like the restaurants, the front office and housekeeping.
