Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Reylof has 156, it therefore has the most rooms compared to other Pillows Hotels. "We have a business feel, but a very warm and personal service," Marcel explains. We have many guests who come back every week or every other week. Also, our team, especially on the operational side, is very constant. So they all know each other. The atmosphere between colleagues is nice. Colleagues also interact privately and communicate well among themselves."

Learning to work within hospitality

"If you want to learn something, this is the ultimate place to start as a junior," Marcel points out. "We have the largest Pillows Hotel, so there is always a new challenge available for everyone. I hire new employees not so much for their CV, but more on their potential and motivation. I like the idea of young professionals growing. That is also possible here; within our hotel, or at one of the other hotels within the collection."
