Our recently renovated Pillows Grand Hotel Reylof is located in the middle of the historic centre of Ghent. The luxurious hotel with 157 rooms and suites, nine meeting rooms and a modern spa & fitness has a unique and warm atmosphere. Every detail has been thought of and the ambitious and hardworking team will do everything they can to ensure that our guests have an unforgettable stay in our hotel. Your role
 
At Olivier le Petit Bistro, we pay homage to poet and baron Olivier de Reylof. Located in his former 17th-century mansion, you will find an easy-going and elegant space that feels like spring all year round.
 
Enjoy tasteful cuisine, respecting the seasonality of the produce. A menu close to French cuisine, as well as some delicious international classics. We are therefore looking for an ambitious colleague who will be jointly responsible for the unique catering experience we offer our guests. With your attention to detail, you will ensure impeccable service that makes our guests feel welcome and at home. 
 
 
Who are you?
Are you a guest-focused hospitality professional with a passion for luxury? Do you have a genuine concern for the well-being of guests? Do you enjoy working with the team to create an unforgettable experience for our guests? Then come work at Bistro Olivier!
 
Check your profile;
  • 1 to 2 years' experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong interest in expanding your Hospitality Knowledge;
  • Ambition and passion in the hospitality profession;.
  • Interest in vinology
  • Perfect communication skills in English and Dutch
  • Able to work independently with a happy mindset!
