About the vacancy:
It is winter 2017. The first Pillows Hotels opens next to the Vondelpark in Amsterdam. The concept where everything really revolves around the guest works. Within one year we are in the top-5 of hotels in Amsterdam on TripAdvisor. All hotels of the group following achieve high rankings and are mentioned in the Bib Gourmand and GaultMillau.

In the fall of 2022 we've opened our 5th hotel. With this 5-star hotel at the Oosterpark in Amsterdam, the ambitions are high. That’s why we are looking for colleagues with talent, who only want to belong to the best.

Your role 

Imagine: a café brasserie with a large green terrace that flows into the lively Oosterpark. Both hotel guests and Amsterdammers have lively conversations, while the elegant interior and music subtly contribute to the atmosphere. Together with your team you give sincere attention to the guest. You serve pure dishes for lunch and dinner that are inspired by French and Italian cuisine,  everyone is also welcome for a drink, where the cocktails have the ambition to become real signature drinks.

Who are you?

• You follow a training course in the hotel industry;
• You are naturally hospitable;
• You are organized and arrange things in detail;
• Work experience in high luxury is an advantage;
• Eager to learn and able to work independently;
• You speak Dutch and English, several languages are an advantage;
• You have previously done an internship in a hotel.
• You are available for about 5-10 months.
