Your role

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the culinary level in The Living. You prepare daily the menus for events, breakfast and all day dining, the mise en place and preparation of à la carte dishes.
You will ensure the kitchen stays clean and all hygiene regulations are respected.

Are you an experienced guest oriented culinary specialist? Someone who can coach a team and motivate them to excel? Do you want to help us create the best hotel in Belgium?

Check your profile;

• A passion for cooking and knowledge of and experience in modern cooking techniques.
  
• Experience in a luxury restaurant setting. 
• Keen interest in continuously growing your knowledge and skills.
• Able to work independently with a positive mindset.
• Impeccable communicative skill in English and Dutch.Any other language is a plus.
