Your role
During this internship, you will work as part of the team of front office hosts. You will report directly to the hotel manager. Your work at the reception desk includes checking in and out, taking and booking reservations, providing guests with information, and administrative data processing.
Of course, you will be well supervised by your internship supervisor and given a lot of freedom and independence after an introductory period. You will be trained in providing excellent service at a high and exclusive level. Depending on your evolution, you can join the team at shift lead level at the end of your traineeship.
