What are you going to do?

• Taking and processing individual reservations for the hotel and restaurants
• You fulfil the wishes of the guest and exceed their expectations
• You have contact with both leisure and business guests

As a reservations employee, you do more than just take a reservation. This is the first moment of the guest's experience, where you subtly question the guest's wishes and preferences, while hospitably selling appropriate upsells.

You make sure that the requested wishes are fulfilled, but also proactively arrange things whereby you surprise guests and exceed their expectations. For this you have contact with different departments like the restaurants, the front office and housekeeping.
