In the fall of 2022, we opened our sixth hotel. With this 5-star hotel at the Oosterpark in Amsterdam, the ambitions are high. That’s why we are looking for colleagues with talent, who only
want to belong to the best, including service employees for one of our outlets Spring Café Brasserie.

What are you going to do?
Imagine: a café brasserie with a big green terrace that flows into the lively Oosterpark. Hotel guests as well as residents of Amsterdam have lively conversations, while the elegant interior and music subtly contribute to the atmosphere.
Together with your team you give genuine attention to the guest. You serve pure dishes for lunch and dinner which are inspired by the French and Italian cuisine, but everyone is also more than welcome for a drink, where the cocktails have the ambition to become real signature drinks.

As a lover of gastronomy, you know you are serving more than just a dish. You bring a culinary experience and guests feel completely pampered. Your enthusiasm gives wings to others. Taking an extra step is something you don’t have to think about. It’s simply who you are. You are Pillows.

About Pillows Hotels Grand Boutique Maurits at the Park
The newly opened Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Maurits at the Park is located in the eastern part of Amsterdam city centre, adjacent to the Oosterpark. It has 88 rooms, several (meeting) lounges and several F&B outlets.
From our easy chic restaurant by the park with a large terrace in the greenery, a rum library, a rooftop and cocktail bar to a restaurant with star ambition. Each outlet has its own identity, mature character and marketing.
With this 5-star hotel at Oosterpark in Amsterdam, ambitions are high! Therefore, we are looking for talented colleagues who only want to be among the very best.
