One of our unique hotels is the IJsselhotel in Deventer. This prestigious hotel, located directly on the IJssel, has a beautiful view over the skyline of Deventer and has 29 rooms, several meeting rooms and suites and an à la carte restaurant. The team is used to carrying out very diverse activities due to the various possibilities in the hotel; (business) parties and parties, such as weddings, where we as a team want to provide our guests with the best service. 

Your role
Our housekeeping team is responsible for ensuring an unforgettable first impression. With pleasure in your work and with heart for your colleagues, an eye for detail and 100% attention to your work, you clean hotel rooms and general areas. In your role you work together, you support our head of housekeeping with planning, checking the work of your team, you order resources and materials and think along in terms of improvement opportunities.

You have a passion for the work, are a team player and you are aware of your exemplary role. The experience that you are going to give to our guests, ensures a great review of our guests time and time again. You make the difference through good preparation and good communication with your colleagues. Do you feel like it yet?!

• You have experience in cleaning, preferably in hotels;
• Available both on weekdays and weekends;
• You are precise and have an eye for detail;
• You speak English but also understand and speak Dutch;
• Cheerful, hospitable and people-oriented personality;
• And you live in Deventer or surroundings.
