About the vacancy:
It is winter 2017. The first Pillows Hotels opens next to the Vondelpark in Amsterdam. The concept where everything really revolves around the guest works. Within one year we are in the top-5 of hotels in Amsterdam on TripAdvisor. All hotels of the group following achieve high rankings and our restaurants are mentioned in the Bib Gourmand and GaultMillau.
November 2022, we opened Pillows Maurits at the Park. With this 5-star hotel at the Oosterpark in Amsterdam, the ambitions are high. That’s why we are looking for colleagues with talent, who only want to belong to the best, including a front office supervisor with a passion for hospitality.
This position is available for 5 days a week (38 hours). Because of our ambitions and the growth we are in, there is also space to grow within the organization.

What are you going to do?
At Pillows Hotels we want create special moments as much as possible. We want guests to feel better than at home.
As a front office supervisor, you are inextricably linked with the experience of the guest and you make sure that every moment with the guest is unforgettable. You manage a team of front office host to create memorable experiences with them and for them. You lead by example and you work closely together with the Front of House Manager to support the daily operation.
The contact that you have is friendly and warm, but never too business-like or jovial.

The new Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Maurits at the Park is situated in the eastern part of the centre of Amsterdam, adjacent to the Oosterpark. It has 88 rooms, several (meeting)salons and multiple F&B outlets.
