For our new Bar & bistro in our recently opened Pillows Hotel in Brussels we need extra talent for our restaurant team.

Your role
As Restaurant Manager you ensure that everything runs smoothly. You cooperate actively during evening service. With your helicopter view, you maintain an overview and link up with the general manager. Together with the team you ensure that the guests are pampered and provided with the best service. You will excite the guest by presenting the menu and the specials in a good way and you will also be busy with upselling. In addition, you have knowledge of fine wines and cotails as we also have a bars to run. You take your team along with you with enthusiasm. You work according to a full-time contract in a variable schedule.

• Previous experience in a similar role is desired
• You are representative and very hospitable
• You have leadership skills and you can work in a team
• You are very flexible
• Able to work independently with a positive setting
• Excellent communicative skills in English or French
