About the vacancy:
It's the winter of 2017. The first Pillows Hotels opens at the Vondelpark in Amsterdam. The concept where everything really revolves around the guest is working. Within a year, we are in the TripAdvisor top 5 in the city. The hotels that follow also achieve high rankings and get mentions in the Bib Gourmand and GaultMillau.
For the LOF Cafe and bar The Living, we are looking for experienced bartenders to contribute to our guests' culinary experience.
What will you do?
The reason guests love coming here has everything to do with the people who work there. You have a perfect feel for what the guest needs and your appearance and presence contribute to their evening.
With us, you work both as bartender and host, so you can make the best cocktails behind the bar, but also share your knowledge and advice at the guest's table.
Restaurant LOF & LOF Cafe
The restaurant is located in the former mansion of baron and poet Olivier de Reylof. Discover the architecture of this 17th-century building. On sunny days, we invite you to the lush courtyard garden, where we serve delicious delicacies in collaboration with LOF Cafe.
The Living Bar
The Living Bar is a place where quality, craftsmanship and service come together. The elegant Louis XIV interior makes a night out here extra special. Settle down in one of the comfortable armchairs or take a seat by the cosy fireplace, while enjoying a menu of the best classic cocktails and a selection of delicious bites
