Your role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the entire team and the culinary level of this outlet.
You will be responsible for the daily operations:
- Turnover
- Staff planning
- Orders
- Motivating and coaching employees
You manage the budget and make the necessary orders. You ensure that the bistro is neat and clean and that current HACCP rules are followed.
As part of the team, you will assist where necessary and cooperate in the daily operations.
As a people manager, you will help and coach the team to ensure employee satisfaction and maintain our quality standards. You will create the team's hourly schedules, taking into account the hotel's schedule, as well as overtime, sickness and holiday requests.
Who are you?
Are you an experienced manager, currently in a similar role? Someone who can coach and motivate a team to excel? Do you want to help us create the best hotel in Belgium?
Check your profile;
- A passion for service and knowledge of and experience with modern management techniques.
- A completed professional Hospitality degree.
- At least 4 years' experience in a similar role for a luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
- Proven skills in managing and coaching a team in a high-demand context.
- Creative and innovative
- Strong interest in continuously growing your knowledge and skills.
- Perfect knowledge of Dutch and/or English
