During this internship, you will be part of our F&B team. You will support the F&B manager, who will teach you about purchasing, stock control, menus, schedules and efficiency. You will also carry out operational activities in the F&B and banqueting departments, where you will be in constant contact with our guests, giving you the perfect opportunity to raise your service level to a high and exclusive level. We will help you develop in the F&B of our hotel and restaurant to a high and exclusive level!

 

In the restaurant, Coperto Restobar, fresh and local ingredients are artisanally prepared into high quality dishes. Our chefs take a casual approach to gastronomy, inspired by French and Italian classics. The use of minimal preparation allows the pure flavours of the ingredients to reach their full potential. After breakfast, guests can enjoy the à la carte menu or seasonally changing specialities at any time of the day. You will work in an enthusiastic and close-knit team and together we will surprise our guests with a fantastic stay at the hotel.
