Your role 

 

At Pillows Hotels, we want to create as many special moments as possible. We want guests to feel better than at home.
 
As a trainee in the Front Office, you and your team are inseparable from the guest's experience and make sure that every moment you have with the guest is a happy one. The contact you have is friendly and warm, but never too businesslike or jovial.

Who we're looking for:

  • An enthusiastic and hospitable personality
  • You are pursuing a relevant degree in hospitality or a related field
  • You have a passion for excellent service
  • Communicative and proactive

  • Flexible and willing to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
